摘要: Abstract Yusho (oil disease) is the name given to a food poisoning incident caused by rice bran oil that occurred in west Japan 1968. The causative agents of are currently considered be polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and their by-products, such as dioxin like compounds. levels 2,3,4,7,8-penta-cholorodibenzofuran (PeCDF) measured blood patients who attend medical check-ups. objectives this study were determine half-life PeCDF these patients. Linear regression analysis was performed with binary logarithm dependent variable measurement year independent variable. linear coefficient determined reciprocal half-life. varied among Among 50 pg g −1 or higher, there two groups: one showing approximately 7 years other no reduction over time. results indicate group whose maintained at high level. Our suggests more complicated model required explain excretion humans.
