摘要: Abstract The effect on plasma gastroenteropancreatic hormone levels infusing the porcine gastrin-releasing peptide and bombesin into dogs demonstrated no qualitative difference in spectrum of activity two peptides. Sustained elevations immunoreactive gastrin, pancreatic polypeptide, enteroglucagon, gastric inhibitory glucagon transient insulin were seen during infusions both similar activities structural homology between peptides suggests that gastrin releasing is counterpart amphibian bombesin.
