摘要: The present study aimed to assess where the interobserver variation in grading cervical dysplasia stems from. Four experienced pathologists examined 93 histological slides, after they agreed on which morphological characteristics should be considered relevant for grading. They scored 6 each slide and assigned it a degree of dysplasia. Compared previous study, showed statistically significant improvement: weighted group kappa value increased from 0.55 0.69. For scores individual considerable was observed: values ranged 0.28 0.49. slightly differed most important their agreement turned out better than this diagnosis is based. In discussion, few explanations paradoxical finding are put forward.
