摘要: A new and improved biscuit sandwich method of packaging merchandising is provided. with high fat content about 20% by weight individually wrapped in the form a packaged modified atmosphere process, refrigerated distributed to store locations where it can be reheated placed heated merchandiser for sale. The therefore provides consumers home-style stores without cooking facilities, permits self-service purchase pre-cooked sandwiches.
