摘要: In the past decades, a range of post-translational modifications has been discovered on tubulins, major constituents microtubules. Pioneering studies have described occurrence and dynamics these provided first insights into their potential functions in regulating microtubule cytoskeleton. By contrast, several tubulin-modifying enzymes were only last few years, molecular mechanisms cellular tubulin are just beginning to emerge. This review highlights roles neurons. Recent also discussed relation how combinatorial use could generate dynamic code, such code might regulate basic as well higher-order neuronal functions.
