摘要: Objectives: An increasing number of children are being diagnosed with pancreatitis and other pancreatic abnormalities. Dissemination the information regarding existing imaging techniques endoscopic modalities to diagnose manage disorders in is sorely needed. Methods: We conducted a review medical literature on use following procedural pediatric pancreatology: transabdominal ultrasonography (TUS), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance (MRI)/magnetic cholangiopancreatography (MRCP), (EUS), retrograde (ERCP). Recommendations for current future research were identified. Results: TUS offers noninvasive images pancreas but has limitations details parenchyma ductal structures. CT improved detail parenchyma, solid masses, traumatic injuries, requires relatively high levels ionizing radiation does not adequately assess anatomy. MRI/MRCP detailed intrinsic tissue assessment characterization, longer image acquisition time poor at calcifications. EUS provides excellent evaluation anatomy, can be subjective operator dependent sedation or anesthesia. capacity obtain samples drain fluid collections ERCP ability improve drainage by performing sphincterotomy placing stents across duct injuries strictures. Conclusions: Various may used pancreatology, favored. Interventional therapeutic maneuvers primarily involve EUS. Future necessary optimize equipment, expertise, appropriate indications.
