摘要: Abstract A simple method has been developed for the determination of arsenic and antimony in environmental samples by solid sampling electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry, which was validated using certified reference materials soils (S-VM — Soil Eutric Cambisol; S-MS Orthic Luvisols; S-SP Rendzina), sewage sludge (WT-L; WT-M) sediments (NIES2; GBW07906). The analytical procedure combines with utilization a matrix modifier admixture containing 5 µg W Mg. tungsten serves to stabilize during atomisation, results dramatically reduced non-specific compared conventional palladium modifier. Magnesium efficient reducing accumulation residue on platform. An alternative resonance line 197.2 nm 206.8 nm Sb used order eliminate spectral interferences caused aluminum compounds, silicon iron respectively. Under optimized experimental conditions, effective situ analyte/matrix separation achieved so that use aqueous standards calibration became possible. With modifier, 3 SD detection limit 0.5 µg g − 1 As 0.1 µg g 10 quantification 1.7 µg g 0.3 µg g characteristic mass 65 pg 53 pg were obtained. For all matrices under scrutiny, good agreement values RSD less than 10%.
