摘要: In line with recent European environmental guidelines on biomasses, one of the most important parameters to take into account is As concentration, especially when present in biomasses and complex matrices. The goal study give information about possible technical-analytical problems during determinations such elements by means different instrumental spectroscopy techniques, particular inductively coupled plasma atomic emission (ICP-AES) absorption (AAS), using two wavelengths, 188.98 nm 193.70 nm. Laboratory Hygiene National Institute Health Italy, a specific has been carried out concerning determination contents solid matrices, as reference material BCR 141 R, represented calcareous soil. particular, whereas recovery tests did not show drawbacks, difficulties were met detection material. Spectral interference was seen ICP-AES matrix AAS, ETAAS deuterium background correction HAAS. Using Zeeman at 193.70 nm, reading samples. A ring test involving more laboratories another certified (IAEA-356 marine sediment matrix) produced under/over estimation data. Two ICP-MS HAAS, confirmed previous data , i.e., overestimation for mass spectrometry that values achieved HAAS same order references, but affected considerable standard deviation. light this study, matrices investigated suggest critical step reading, rather than mineralization process. Further, each methods proposed, apart from correction, presents its own peculiar drawbacks no advantage over other techniques.
