摘要: We present a newly devised technique, the dynamic layer-by-layer (LbL) deposition method, that is designed to take advantage of LbL method and fluidic devices. Polyelectrolyte solutions are sequentially injected through device quickly build well-defined multilayer films on selected region with linear increase in material deposited. Multilayer film fabrication by this new specific was proven be fast effective. The effects quality processing parameters such as concentration polyelectrolytes, flow rate, contact time were investigated. A half-tethered self-standing substrate fabricated demonstrate effectiveness region-selective capability method.
