摘要: Effects of refrigerated storage and different packages on postharvest behaviour fruits atemoya (Annona cherimola x A. squamosa) cv. PR3 were investigated. Fruits individually sealed in copolymer (PD-955) low-density polyethylene (LDPE) bags stored for 21 days at 15°C or 25°C. Then they unwrapped maintained 25°C, ripening. Weight loss firmness both affected by time, temperature packaging. packaged atemoyas was lower than the control, non-wrapped fruits. A non-trained panel scored overall eating quality appearance. LDPE did not ripen, probably due to an injurious atmosphere developed inside package. Atemoyas PD-955 film had a shelf-life 17 against 13 control ones, 15°C, increase 30% shelf-life.
