摘要: Epigenetics of aging is a new research direction that brings exciting and in-depth revelations in the near future. As reviewed chapters throughout this book, likely to be influenced by many complex interacting epigenetic factors. These include DNA methylation, histone modifications, chromatin remodeling, noncoding RNAs. With help technologies, particularly knowledge derived from genome-wide epigenomic studies, upcoming years will an time make breakthroughs on epigenetics aging. Here we focus several directions overall their potential influence anti-aging intervention using personalized, epigenetic-targeted pharmacologic agents.
