摘要: In an era of personalized medicine rife with population databases and international consortia, genetic discrimination is once again moving to the forefront genetics policy debate. North America Europe, many countries have taken a political stance on use predictive information by insurers. Asia also becoming more conscious challenge raised discrimination. this paper, we present data different options adopted resolve insurance dilemma in 47 located four world regions. Approaches varied according legal traditions, role plays each state, interplay between private public health care systems. We conclude that truly informed debate should properly account for limits social value life as perceived public.
