摘要: Cell movement is a complex phenomenon primarily driven by the actin network beneath cell membrane, and can be divided into three general components: protrusion of leading edge cell, adhesion deadhesion at body rear, cytoskeletal contraction to pull forward. Each these steps physical forces generated unique segments cytoskeleton. This review examines specific physics underlying phases origins that drive locomotion.
