摘要: A great variety of metazoan cells have the ability to crawl across a surface. Students inflammation, wound healing, developing embryos or cell cultures for many years investigated accessible aspects phenomenon, but largely in isolation. general physiology movement hardly seemed possible. But scene is beginning change, and this lecture an attempt see what sort picture may now be drawn. Present knowledge machinery movement, which undergoing revolution as muscle-like proteins cytoplasm emerge more clearly, considered. The then outlines circumstances occurs vivo, suggests functions that it performs. Finally, attention turned called behavioural aspects, how guided particular directions started stopped by conditions around cell.
