摘要: Heart rate variability (HRV) is a marker of autonomous activity in the heart. An important application HRV measures stratification mortality risk after myocardial infarction. Our hypothesis that information entropy HRV, non-linear approach, suitable measure for this assessment. As first step, to evaluate effect infarction on entropy, we compared standard parameters. The was estimated by compressing tachogram with Bzip2. For univariate comparison, statistical tests were used. Multivariate analysis carried out using automatically generated decision trees. classification and simplicity trees two evaluation criteria. findings support our hypothesis. meanNN-normalized reduced patients very high significance. One parameter alone exceeds discrimination strength multivariate standards-based
