摘要: Details are given of the preparation isoflavones derivatised so that they act as haptens in development immunoassays for large scale screening phytoestrogens biological fluid. A specifically designed new cyclisation reaction allowed direct conversion 2-acyloxydeoxybenzoins to required isoflavones.
