摘要: Immunohistochemical localization of hCG and its subunits in chorionic tissue early gestation was carried out.Antibodies to purified were obtained by using these agents for immunization according the small doses method. The antibody titers specificities examined B/T standard curves homologous radioimmunoassay system.The preparations stained both a direct an indirect method utilizing antisera observing specimens under fluorescent microscope.The results as follows. 1) With anti-hCG staining, fluorescence observed syncytiotrophoblasts reported previously while cytotrophoblast slightly.2) with anti-hCG-β almost identical that showed more distinct pattern.3) anti-hCG-α found syncytioand cytotrophoblasts concurrently. Fluorescence latter cells recognized due free a-subunit because scarcely anti-hCG-β.
