摘要: Inhibin is a gonadal glycoprotein hormone composed of two dissimilar disulfide-linked subunits that inhibits preferentially the secretion and production follicle-stimulating (FSH) (1,2). Recent studies have revealed in pregnant women immunoreactive bioactive inhibin levels serum increased throughout pregnancy decreased immediately after delivery (3–5). Gene expression messenger RNA been detected human placenta (6,7), high found cells extracts (4,8,9). These results indicate an important source pregnancy.
