摘要: In organ transplantation, successful immunosuppression requires that both rejection and infection episodes be minimized. Unfortunately it is currently impossible to predict individual dose requirement for immunosuppressive drugs, but a number of studies various immune response genes are now being performed with view identifying genotypes associated and/or infection. The key role cytokines in the other processes, including fibrosis, has concentrated most this attention on polymorphisms cytokine genes. Data encoding tumor necrosis factor-α, transforming growth factor-β, interferon-γ interleukin (IL)-l, 4, 6 10 together IL-4 receptor have been analyzed so far there no indication any consistently positive associations between graft these polymorphisms. Studies immunomodulatory CTLA4 gene chemokine CCR-5 proved more though data, far, only preliminary. conclusion, additional large series genes, as well immunoregulatory proven functional significance needed achieve major progress area.
