摘要: The inhibitory effect of peptide YY on contractile activity in the innervated main stomach and vagally denervated fundic pouch conscious Heidenhain dogs was investigated. Peptide given i.v. bolus injections doses between 12.5 100 pmollkg body wt. During digestive state, 2–3 h after feeding, found to have no either or stomach. In interdigestive it that inhibited migrating contractions dose-dependently for 1.2 ± 0.1 5.8 0.3 min, but did not affect at all. This peptide, however, influence cycle contractions. Pentagastrin, other hand, suppressed when were >300 wt, inhibit completely with this dose. Atropine (0.05 mg/kg wt) both pouch. inhibits through extrinsic nerves.
