摘要: Simultaneous measurement of plasma motilin concentration and gastrointestinal contractile activity was made in 12 healthy dogs. Plasma measured by radioimmunoassay monitored means chronically implanted force transducers. During the interdigestive state, it found that increased complete accordance with cyclical contractions stomach. Furthermore, lowered ingestion food, remained low as long gastric motor digestive pattern. Since, reported previously, can be induced exogenous administration motilin, we concluded (1) is released at constant intervals during this release suppressed food; (2) induces stomach duodenum; (3) an hormone only known polypeptide gut whose not a meal.
