摘要: The effects of thiopental sodium on the regulation interdigestive migrating contractions (IMC) in stomach were investigated dogs with extrinsically denervated fundic pouches. During state, strong phasic pouch took place consistently accordance IMC main stomach. cyclic increase plasma motilin concentration was more closely correlated contractile activity than General anesthesia by promptly inhibited but not affected gradually decreased proportion to decrease concentration. In conclusion, pouch, which is quite independent CNS, directly controlled a humoral factor(s), motilin. However, motor intact appears be regulated CNS as well peripheral circulation factors.
