摘要: A light microscopy study confirms spontaneous emulsification at the quiescent, thermally equilibrated interface between pure oil and water during chemical equilibration period. The process is qualitatively explained within frame of classical nucleation theory assuming a mixed layer two liquids in contact allowing supersaturation.
