Analysis of roughness and surface hardness of a dental composite using atomic force microscopy and microhardness testing.

摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the influence a cola soft drink (CSD) and coffee on microhardness surface roughness composite resin. Fifty cavities were prepared vestibular bovine incisors restored with nanoparticulate teeth divided into five groups (n = 10): group A (control), immersion in artificial saliva (AS) for 14 days; B, 15 min (3×/day) 7 days followed by AS another C, CSD D, days, E, days. After periods specimens analyzed their roughness. data subjected analysis variance (ANOVA) t-test 5% significance. Group presented highest average lowest roughness, so it possible conclude that consumption alters new restorations.
