摘要: Atrazine (ATZ) is probably the most widely used herbicide in world. However there are still many controversies regarding its impacts on human health. Our investigations role of pesticides liver dysfunctions have led us to detect an inhibition FSP1 expression 70% at 50μm and around 95% 500μM ATZ (p<0.01). This gene encodes protein S100a4 a clinical biomarker epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), key step metastatic process. Here we investigated possible effect cell migration noticed that it prevents EMT motility HepG2 cells induced by phorbol ester TPA. decreases Fak pathway activation but has no Erk1/2 known be involved metastasis this line. These results suggest could homeostasis perturbation, potentially through S100a4-dependant mechanism.
