摘要: Abstract Undoped and Eu3+-doped CaF2–SiO2 gels were prepared by the sol–gel method their optical properties have been studied. The UV–VIS–NIR absorption photoluminescence spectra shown bands typical for Eu3+ ions transitions. When Eu-doped gel is annealed at temperatures up to 800 °C (i.e. above CaF2 crystallisation peak ∼460 °C) intensity increase, 590 nm ( 5 D 0 → 7 F 1 ) 620 nm 2 luminescence become comparable a structuring of band observed. phonon sidebands peaks associated with transition ion observed around 1000 620 cm−1 assigned Si–O Ca–O bonds, respectively. A sideband signal in range 300–400 cm−1 was attributed Ca–F bonds precipitated phase. From absorption, we concluded that 800 °C, are incorporated into silica network
