摘要: Abstract Transparent glass ceramics containing x ErF 3 –10PbF 2 –90SiO (mol%, = 0, 1, 2) were prepared by the sol–gel method. The thermal behavior of xerogels was investigated TG-DTA. Through non-isothermal experiments, apparent activation energy for crystallization β-PbF phase evaluated Kissinger method to be about 162 kJ/mol and 167 kJ/mol with = 0 = 1, respectively, Avrami exponents lied between 1.5–2.0 both samples, suggesting that a diffusion-controlled process three-dimensional growth decreasing nucleation. XRD, TEM EDS carried out study evolution structure. For sample doped 1 mol% , it revealed few Er 3+ ions contributed or incorporated lattice. They seemed segregate at surface crystallites hindered thus postponed crystallization.
