摘要: Abstract Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) coatings were prepared on aluminium alloy using pulsed bipolar power supply at constant anodic voltage and different cathodic voltages. The samples to attain the same coating thickness by adjusting processing time. scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) tribometer employed investigate microstructure, element content, phase composition wear resistance of respectively. It was found that growth rate enhanced obviously exhibited a more compact structure with thicker inner layer lower surface roughness when increased. mainly composed crystalline γ-Al 2 O 3 amorphous silicate oxides their relative content changed voltage. improved significantly increase
