摘要: The current definition of hypertension is based on blood pressure values, and also drives treatment decisions, the most important monitoring tool helps estimating risk hypertension-related organ damage. In an era precision medicine, additional biomarkers are needed in diagnosis management patients with hypertension. this review, we outline areas which functional, imaging circulating could help a more individualised associated risk. We will cover for diagnosis; pathophysiology prediction hypertension; response to treatment, damage; monitor treatment. A clear focus vasculature, heart kidneys, whereas see need further develop cerebral function order diagnose cognition deficits changes future support addressing growing burden hypertension-associated vascular dementia.
