摘要: OBJECTIVE The role of cytokines and nitric oxide (NO) in ovarian folliculogenesis the development mature fertilizable oocytes is controversial. aim this study to determine concentrations interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α NO follicular fluid (FF) blood serum (S) patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatment (ART) investigate whether these could be used as a predictive parameter for ART outcome. MATERIAL AND METHODS A retrospective clinical was performed at university hospital including total 85 women who underwent ART. FF samples were collected time oocyte retrieval measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) technique, using commercially available kits nitrate/nitrite colorimetric assay. results compared between became pregnant those did not following RESULTS No significant difference found non-pregnant women. CONCLUSION Follicular IL-1β, TNF-α do predict pregnancy achievement
