摘要: Abstract The regional lymph node localisation of technetium-99 m labelled liposomes in rats, following interstitial injection, was studied by external γ-camera imaging and tissue radioassay. Liposomes were with the radionuclide using a stannous chloride method. Liposome charge, size time from injection factors found to influence uptake. Small, well-sonicated, neutral or cationic as detemined their lipid composition, localise well nodes. Anionic poorly localised. Neutral liposome size, determined length exposure ultrasound, measured electron microscopy. Kinetic studies 99m Tc different sizes showed that smallest (mean diameter 33 nm) localised nodes 6 h after maintained at high concentration for 24 h. clearance technetium label site blood levels also measured. Detailed distribution neutral, anionic liposomes, both radioassay, carried out. may be value lymphoscintigraphy further are required investigate potential detection tumours lymphatic system.
