摘要: Abstract In well deformed nuclei it sometimes happens that a magnetic transition between two nuclear single particle (Nilsson) states depends only on the orbit flip of particle. Two M4 transitions, one in Hf179 and Yb177, which correspond to such case were investigated found be inhibited by factors 2000 more than 500, respectively. Further survey revealed three neutron transitions this type are strongly hindered. Proton contrary not hindered at all. This selection rule seems indicate clearly absence an electric current associated with inside nucleus.
