摘要: Abstract An amorphous–nanocrystals reinforced coating was fabricated on the important aeronautical material TA2 alloy by laser cladding of Fe 3 Al–B 4 C–TiN mixed powders. The TiB 2 nanocrystals were produced through in situ metallurgical reactions, which blocked motion dislocation, and also refined microstructure coating. productions amorphous/nanocrystalline phases due to action sufficiently rapid heating cooling technique, a number elements with short atomic radius. Ti components have negative enthalpies mixing, so usually, free energy amorphous lower than that these two crystalline mixture, leading formation alloy.
