摘要: Abstract YSZ@Ni core–shell nanoparticles were used to prepare a composite coating on an Fe-based alloy by laser cladding. Samples sintered layer-by-layer with power P in the range of 800–2000 W, scanning velocity V 240–600 mm/min, and beam diameter D =5 mm. The microstructures, phase constituents, microhardness monolayer investigated compared those multilayer coating. results showed that existing forms core-YSZ comprised four types: flower-like YSZ aggregates, few nanoscale particles at grain boundaries, proeutectic phases, YSZ/FeCr 2 O 4 eutectic structure. Moreover, structure was more homogeneous than one. Interestingly, separated into shell-Ni layer stratification feature during cladding process.
