摘要: IN a previous paper1, method was described of producing enamel hypoplasia in the rat's incisor tooth by stopping matrix formation tall ameloblasts. This consisted essentials first causing healing low-phosphorus rickets and then suddenly re-imposing rachitic condition. procedure stops calcification bone2 dentin, but does not interfere with these tissues. In case enamel, however, ameloblasts is stopped permanently, cells become temporarily seriously disoriented. The affected have been called ‘experimental’
