摘要: The specificity of pharmaceuticals towards disease sites or individual diseases is usually based on a drug’s ability to interfere with local pathological processes defective biological pathways, but not its selective accumulation in the specific intracellular compartment target cell, organ tissue. Traditional pharmaceutical agents, practically independent administration route, distribute evenly (or at least proportionally regional blood flow) within body. In addition, they have cross many barriers reach site and can cause undesirable side-effects be inactivated organs tissues even involved process. Consequently, achieve an effective therapeutic concentration desired location, one has administer drug large quantities, which increases cost therapy severity side-effects. Long ago it was hypothesized that problem may resolved by achieving so-called targeted delivery: accumulate tissue selectively quantitatively, methods administration. This type delivery expected increase area without any normal tissues. For pharmaceutical, including both diagnostic following advantages are evident: (a) simplification protocols; (b) drastic reduction quantity required effect; (c) sharp negative effects non-target areas.
