In some countries, considerable effort has been made to establish specific activities including surveillance integration within diagnostic research laboratories. We suggest that these can be improved many countries still require national structures deal with disease investigation management. also scientists in this field should actively engage international organizations conferences influence development policy, management emerging diseases.
