摘要: In this review, modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors that contribute to development of colorectal cancer are discussed, exploring the role genetics heritable colon syndromes along with medical comorbidities influence risk. Socioeconomic explored various health-related behavioral patterns such as obesity, smoking, diet. Recent data suggesting changes in incidence last decade is also reviewed. The rationale for a long-term population-based exploration these issues laid out identify areas which intervention can promote healthy behaviors, avoid disease, optimize treatments.
