摘要: Background The authors previously reported their experience achieving non-ablative skin enhancement with serial, full-face, intense pulsed light treatments in a large series of patients. A new method for renewal electro-optical synergy (ELOS), which combines optical energy and conducted bipolar radiofrequency (RF) into single pulse, has been recently introduced. Intense RF have used dermatologic surgery many years; however, this study represents the therapeutic impact combined energies. Objective report using an ELOS system (Aurora SR, Syneron, Yokneam, Israel) on 108 consecutive patients treated full-face procedures. Methods Patients received 5 every 3 weeks. Each treatment consisted 1 to 8 segmental passes. number passes, specific wavelength energy, were determined by patient's type, dyschromia, wrinkle pathology, presence tan. total 540 performed subjects. All had pre- post-procedural photographs. Results assessed double-blinded physician photographic evaluation patient satisfaction scales. Overall improvement was rated at 75.3%. average 41.2%, Class 64.7%, 2 38.6%, 20.4%. Improvement laxity 62.9%. Skin texture improve 74.1%. appearance pore size 65.1%. Average erythema telangiectasia 68.4%. hyperpigmentation dyschromia 79.3%. 92%. overall minor complication rate, including blistering, crusting, stripping 8.3%, major rate less than 1%. One small, depressed nasal scar observed one patient. Conclusions This demonstrates safety efficacy technology energies noninvasive rejuvenation. results show reduction amelioration erythema, telangiectasia, comparable that other technologies.
