摘要: Today one of the Federal programs implemented in Russia at state level, is a program energy conservation and efficiency to reduce specific consumption fuel resources. In developed countries, private landlords are using almost 30% all generated power, i.e. as much industry more than transport combined. About 80% consumed goes space heating, but it often wasted due mismatch home insulation with adopted standards. Thus, rational choice insulating material most important tasks heat losses residential buildings. There wide variety building materials available for purchase. For external walls buildings used single-piece – batts, blankets, panels. Their essential advantage comparison loose-fill materials, such crushed expanded polystyrene, vermiculite, claydite, simplicity speed installation, acceleration construction works improvement their quality. Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks traditional thermal insulation, they does not rot, burn, emit toxic substances during operation, has an average water vapor permeability and, therefore, well regulates humidity room. However, masonry significant disadvantage large density. Alternatively, modern offers range synthetic popular fiberglass, mineral (rock or slag) wool, plastic natural fibers, polyisocyanurate, polyurethane foam boards. As become increasingly cellulose, peat blocks, cork, fiberboard, from flax hemp fibers. All these have advantages disadvantages, so task choosing optimal variant complex requires special methods eliminate subjectivity evaluation. The article describes approach selecting best option options by set its quantitative qualitative characteristics. It proposed carry out evaluation selection based on analytic hierarchy process. presents results appropriate
