摘要: In this study, we aimed to evaluate expression of IL-4, IL-10, TNF-?, IFN-? and iNOS in lingual, buccal mucosa lung epithelial tissue using immunoperoxidase technique compare with the tissues control animals. The used study were collected from 17 PPRV-affected 5 healthy sheep goats. PPRV positive animals, lungs, lingual had significantly higher iNOS, TNF-? expressions compared group There was no significant difference between groups for IL-4 IL-10 tissues. conclusion, infected by showed they might play an important role initiation regulation cytokine response, as take place first host barrier be contact PPRV.
