Examination of epithelial tissue cytokine response to natural peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) infection in sheep and goats by immunohistochemistry

摘要: In this study, we aimed to evaluate expression of IL-4, IL-10, TNF-?, IFN-? and iNOS in lingual, buccal mucosa lung epithelial tissue using immunoperoxidase technique compare with the tissues control animals. The used study were collected from 17 PPRV-affected 5 healthy sheep goats. PPRV positive animals, lungs, lingual had significantly higher iNOS, TNF-? expressions compared group There was no significant difference between groups for IL-4 IL-10 tissues. conclusion, infected by showed they might play an important role initiation regulation cytokine response, as take place first host barrier be contact PPRV. It is suggested that more damage produced response may result cells. demonstration natural cases because it contribute early systemic immunity against infection, addition direct elimination virus during initial phase infection.
