摘要: Technology has the potential to impact content of mathematics curriculum in secondary schools as well methods used teach it. Although United States undergone contentious shifts emphasis over last half century, there are points agreement on what needs be learned by students. However, current curricula often result three separations students’ understanding and uses mathematics. The first separation is artificial distance between school “real-life” mathematical experiences. placement related concepts into different courses second separation. third lack mathematic applications other curricular subjects. This chapter focuses 21st Century Skills, problem posing, technology integration vehicles change classroom reconcile these separations. Together, tools enable educators re-conceptualize a place where students learn exploring across all subjects STEAM education.
