摘要: Abstract To ensure that air separation unit can bear high ramp rate and flexible operations when integrated into oxy-combustion power plant, this paper focuses on the investigations of plantwide control design operating strategy for double-column without or with liquid oxygen storage drum through dynamic simulation. It is found three types (normal, oversize, downsize) proposed structure configured logic loops (strategies 1, 2, 3) achieve 5%/min such as peak off-peak or/and energy storage. Compared between latter two logical controls, 2 would be better because its product qualities maintained closer to their targets. Three patterns boiler are improve flexibility, among which oversize case more suitable plant since saving (20.33 MW) larger than those in downsize (10.76 MW) normal cases. Process an opportunity engineering, comprehensive model specified system provides possibility integrate full-train plants.
