Results.— Ninety-three patients (20%) were aware but only 56 (12%) knew about it before surgery. Among these patients, 18 reported knowing hospital rating 7 surgeon rating, 11 said and/or ratings had a moderate or major impact on decision making, 4 able specify either both correctly.
