摘要: A varnish comprising a ground substance consisting of polymer or oligomer 200 to 50′104 molecular weight organic compound 1000 and solvent containing good poor whose boiling point (under 760 mmHg) is at least 20° C. lower than that the solvent, wherein dissolved in solvent. Any thin film prepared from this substantially generation foreign matter, so it can appropriately be used as films for electronic devices those use other technical fields.
