Maturation cervicale par double ballonnet et dinoprostone en cas de col utérin très défavorable

摘要: Resume Objectifs Comparer l’efficacite d’une double maturation cervicale par agent mecanique et dinoprostone a une seule en cas de conditions locales tres defavorables. Methodes Etude retrospective monocentrique type « avant-apres », entre le 1 er janvier 2008 et 31 octobre 2013. Quatre-vingt-seize femmes presentant grossesse unique presentation cephalique, terme, membranes intactes avec indication medicale declenchement un score Bishop inferieur ou egal 3 ont ete incluses reparties 2 groupes : patientes beneficiant pendant 24 h (groupe prostaglandines seules, n  = 38) ballonnet 12 h suivi ballonnet + prostaglandines,  = 58). Resultats Le taux d’accouchement voie basse etait comparable les 2 groupes (51,7 % dans groupe ballonnet + prostaglandines 50 % groupe seules ( p  = 0,87)). apres plus eleve ballonnet + prostaglandines (4,4 versus 2,4,  = 0,0044). Il n’y avait pas difference significative pour complications maternelles neonatales. Conclusion Une permet amelioration du sans autant augmenter basse, chez des 3.
