摘要: A 55-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with fever and vomiting. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) revealed multiple low density masses in the liver. diagnosis of primary adenosquamous carcinoma liver confirmed by histological examination a necropsy specimen. The present case showed leukocytosis hypercalcemia high levels serum granulocyte-colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) parathyroid hormone related protein (PTHrP). Recent studies have shown that G-CSF PTHrP are responsible for paraneoplastic syndromes hypercalcemia. tumor cells demonstrated positive cytoplasmic immunohistochemistry staining anti-G-CSF anti-PTHrP antibodies. This result suggested produced PTHrP.
