摘要: Two slaughter experiments were carried out to evaluate the growth, content and deposition of tissues protein energy retention in meat carcass growing broiler fed with canola meal (CANM) substitution soybean (SOYM). In Exp 1, six male broilers, 43 d age, slaughtered at beginning 36 broilers assigned three diets increasing amounts CANM (0, 10 20 %) combined two levels digestible lysine (DL: 0.85 y 0.95 %). 2, female 28 72 assigned, within sex, (SOYM or as unique source) (3.0, 3.1 3.2 Mcal ME/kg feed). Each experiment lasted weeks end all birds sacrificed. there not statistical differences productivity among (P>0.05). feed, intake fat greater (P<0.05) SOYM, but weight gain, feed efficiency similar diets. The results indicate that is feasible partial- totally substitute by grower chickens
