摘要: Abstract The objective of this research was to evaluate the serum concentrations mannan-binding lectin (MBL) at different ages in Ross broilers fed increasing amounts a yeast-fermented product (YFP) and inoculated with vaccine against Newcastle disease virus (NDV). Eighty mixed B308 were individually housed. Groups 20 randomly assigned 4 dietary levels YFP (0, 400, 800, 1,600 ppm). Serum MBL determined on d 17, 21, 28, 35. At 21 d, birds vaccinated NDV titers antibodies (Ab) 35 age. There not changes due YFP, but showed steady decrease across sampling d. NDV-specific Ab lowest highest YFP. Broilers low (LMBL) high (HMBL) observed, which exhibited patterns respect This also observed when gender effect introduced analysis data. results suggest that raised commercial conditions presence after vaccination may be partially caused by factors such as frequency LMBL HMBL chickens, proportion females males flock additions growth promoters like
