摘要: In total, 3,840 sexed birds from 6 commercial cross broiler strains (4 male and 3 female) were raised processed to analyze the effect of strain sex on growth performance carcass traits. Chicks M1 × F1, M2 M3 M4 F2, F3 crosses sexed. Fifty female 40 chicks randomly allocated 24 floor pens (119 300 cm) covered with pine shavings in each 4 rooms. The FCR was adjusted for weight dead (AFCR). Four birds/pen at 7 wk age. Carcasses deboned after 2 h chilling (n = 32 per treatment). There significant by interactions BW gain 0 21 48 d. Strain differences rate mortality increased fastest also had highest mortality. Because yields, (0-48 d) did not produce most salable meat. Both heaviest live bird d (3.45 kg) (13.40%) observed cross. However, 1,000 placed F2 (3,107 kg). chilled yield (76.05% BW) as meat (2,364 kg placed) pectoralis (805 placed). produced total white (1,058 placed), but interestingly slowest-growing (M1 F1) more (breast + tenders wings) than fastest-growing (980 vs. 1,002 These results demonstrate complexity choosing between crosses. profitable choice will be dependent whether whole or parts are marketed relative values parts.
